A modern Hotel with large and luxurious public areas, suites of rooms and individual rooms in it’s surroundings. We constructed the E/M Installations for this building, which include the following:
Public areas air conditioning by high energy class cooler and water cooling units which supply all public areas of the hotel with fresh conditioned air.
Room and public areas heating is provided by boilers, but also the option of using air to water heat pumps (on standby), depending on hotel management decisions.
A medium voltage electrical substation with a low loss transformer powers the Hotel with electricity.
Throughout the building, there is a structured cable network that ends up in the Hotel control room. There is also a network of fire detectors, a sprinkler fire-fighting system and a CCTV network.
The Hotel is equipped with a state of the art BMS system to fully control air conditioning and lighting and other electrical installations, to lower energy consumption.
