A modern building that houses the Hellenic Ministry of Development’s COMPETITION COMMISSION headquarters.
The building is air conditioned by independent air to air heat pumps for each group of similar areas. An air ducts network supplies the space with fresh air via indoor air conditioning units and air discharge networks.
The basement is equipped with an electrical substation which powers the building with electricity, using a 630KVA Merlin Gerin transformer and a Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Panel.
